Feeling somewhat lighter, lost a lot first 2 weeks (4 lbs.), now tapered to 1 lb. loss which is more realistic...sigh. Clothes are feeling less tight, trying to exercise more.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
