Got to the gym last night and the weather caused a problem. I had been toting around bottles in the bed of my pickup truck for weeks because the recycling dumpsters have been full. Gusty winds hit just as I had parked and a few bottles jumped out of the bed. After I policed them up I left and tried the recycling drop off again and was able to dump the bottles. My first thought was to give up and just go home, but I drove back to the gym instead. That had cost me a hour. I thought about cutting my cardio workout short but still did the full hour. I still managed to get my full workout in minus the stretching, but it was fast and sloppy!
