Started having cream in coffee
Cut down to 2 coconut biscuits a day
Been having Alotta butter
Not tracking meals
Disaster
Last week was having Alotta of banting bread and butter and peanut butter
Rings feel tight
Haven't been gyming at all
Gonna start diligently tracking food intake 😔🙏🏽
Will increase water intake
144.8 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
