Well, I did exercise yesterday and didn't eat sugar, but I clearly ate too many carbs and too much salt and shouldn't have had two drinks. I know what to do. I have gained 6 pounds since this summer and I simply must get back on track. It is really getting me down. So.... today..... I'll put out the veggies for snacking so that they are right there. Already tossed out the popcorn. No sushi for lunch. And hit the gym again. Lots of water too. Here goes!
