Well, I hated to put that weight update on here. But must stay with the truth. The holiday is over, so now back to getting on track and eating in a much healthier way and making time for daily workouts. Here goes!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1453 kcal Fat: 70.20g | Prot: 75.77g | Carb: 100.90g.   Breakfast: Olive Oil, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Egg. Lunch: Cafe Rio Shredded Chicken Breast, Southern Tsunami Sushi Bar Spicy Tuna Roll. Dinner: Salsa, Panchero's Tortilla (Small). Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn, Jack Daniel's Whiskey, Kroger Unsalted Peanuts, Frigo Light Mozzarella Cheese Stick, Celery, Bananas. more...
