I put in a lot of effort this week, but I've been shown once again, that calories in < calories out doesn't necessarily mean you lose. All week I was eating and exercizing for a net of about -520 calories. Technically, I should've lost a pound right? One factor however is sodium. Lots of sodium means you take in water weight, and at the end of the week, while I hadn't gone over my calories for the day, I had eaten a lot of salty foods.
I exercized about four times this week, woo!
Next week I want to shed this water weight and see results for 2 weeks of effort ;)
