I've been trying to follow closely with my eating journals, but there's always some candy, cake or cookies calling my name. I need to continue get back on track because it feels as though that I'm at a stand still with my weight loss. I refuse to go back to my old eating habits.

You are doing so great, don't get down and don't give up! You can do this, just put your mind to it! Sometimes you have to give into temptations or it will just get worse! You are doing great though, keep it up!

I know about that calling your name thing. My reply to those things is to say, "I have eaten you before, and I can have you again. But right now I choose to follow my diet because I have a goal"
That is working for me.
