going to work out in the gym for at least an hour
I only lost 0.5 kg which is 1.1 pounds this week.
My goal is to lose at least 4 pounds a week
I have to quit eating after 7 pm
and continue to work out in the gym everyday
Also, ONLY WEIGH MYSELF ONCE A WEEK!
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
