Had a few nights out for the festive season, tried to keep a handle on things and logged everything on myfitnesspal. Just want to maintain through Christmas now. Going to see family that I haven't seen all year this week. Give me strength!

I'm so glad I don't have to "do" relatives bar a couple of times a year. My closest brother and I text each other on birthdays, Christmas and new year and that's it. My OH's parents live in Spain so we visit and they come here once and that's a bit much for both of us 😂😂😂. I just looked at you profile pic again - you look so much slimmer and healthier even though if I'd seen you on the street in your before pic, I probably wouldn't have batted an eyelid. It just goes to show how being overweight has become the norm in the UK these last few years and how I've been looking at myself.
