Went on a little vaca and gained 5lbs. I got to do something and quick b4 I get back up in the 200s. Im am so disgusted with myself. I feel like a piece of crap and a total loser. Like I let everyone down. I dont know if I will be on here anymore. Im tired of failing.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Everyone slips up a little every now and then. Vacations are definitely the hardest times to follow diets bc the whole point of a vacation is to just relax and let go of everything. You have lost 71 which is amazing! Don't let that small 5 lbs back get you down. If you just hop back on with what you were doing I'm sure you will have it back off in no time and feel great again! Just stick in there and next time you have a vacation just be a little more cautious. As long as we learn from our mistakes is what really counts.

I understand the frustration. I agree about doing "something" before you see that dreaded 200. Whether you are here or not ... you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there yogamama ... you are NOT a failure ... just incredibly HUMAN like the rest of us!!

You are not crap or a loser. Well, a weight loser yes, a total loser no. You are not failing. You are winning. You are down 71 pounds. 71. That is A LOT! 5 pounds in the grand scheme is nothing compared to that 71.

Oh my Gosh! You are a total inspiration, 71 pounds is a huge deal! I can understand that you are upset with the five pound gain. I read your profile and It kind of reminded me of myself. I was 251 pounds two years ago. I was down to 175, but gained two pounds over the wknd after a 40th celebration for my girlfriend. I was upset too! But there is a big difference between the new me and the old me. I accepted the gain, and woke up the next morning working hard and not allowing the out of control behaviour take over. Before I would probably have said, I will start next week, but I would never actually start! It is different now for me as I am sure it is for You. We have taken control and we know what we have to do. So chin up yogamama, and take control and don't give up! You didn't give up while you were on the hard road of taking off 71 pounds So don't give up now when you are so close to your goal! I am still on my weight loss journey, and I am not giving up! I hope you decide to stay on and continue to be and inspiration to other people that are struggling with their weight! Tracey

If it were only 5lbs I would not be so upset but I was down 95lbs! I weighed 159 in July now I am 183 or something. I didnt snack or eat bad on vacation, I swam and walked a lot. I dunno. I have just had it.
