1791 kcal Fat: 62.32g | Prot: 71.13g | Carb: 269.83g.   Breakfast: Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Apple Jacks Cereal. Lunch: Landofrost deli sliced turkey breast, White Wheat Bread, Pickles, Navels Oranges. Dinner: Pork Shoulder Roasts or Steaks (Boston Blade, Lean Only), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), salad spring mix, Ketchup, fat free italian dressing. Snacks/Other: Light Nonfat Yogurt - Blueberry, Butter Lover's Pop Corn, Chewy Lowfat Granola Bars, Bananas, Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Chips. more...
