No gym last night, too much leg pain. Cutting out salad dressings on my salads.
279.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 9.8 lb a week

I think cutting out dressings is a great idea. Use a fat free salsa, vinegar, or lemon juice. I like malt vinegar on veggies too. Just a little of that and some spices on a salad and I am good to go.

I look at the calories in a salad dressing and I would rather use those calories for a cheese stick. Or even sprinkle parmesan or Romano on that salad.

I'm adding fruit and raisins/craisins plus nuts to my salads. That helps offsetting the dressings.
