Increasing sodium and potassium
Increasing protein
Increasing fat from 60% to 75%

Start weight in 2010 was 245 now 175.3 and steady since September.
Working on increasing lean body mass.

My LCHF DIET is: 75% good fat, 20 % protein (32 grams X 3), 5% carbs.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.1 lb a week
