Dalam waktu 3 bulan saya berhasil menurunkan berat badan sebanyak 18 kilo masih ada 17 kilo lagi untuk mencapai ideal, semangat!!!! Do not stop when you are tired, stop when you are done - self motivation
202.8 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
