HI forum , it's me again ~
So I've lost a few pounds during my steady weight stage ,but
I have a really really big issue now ~
that is I don't eat healthy at all ..
I only eat one meal a day so I basically eat whatever I want, today I had a big bowl of J&J bbq , ( rice+ bbq chicken+ bbq beef+ bbq rib+some veggie) it's like a huge portion , I finished all the meat but I couldn't finish all the rice in the bowl ( which is a good thing and actually my stomach was already full when I finish the first piece of beef rib in the bowl but that crave for delicious meat makes me wanna keep eating :(
I'm the kind of person who has absolutely 0 self control , so I use external force to control myself .
This might sound crazy but ..
I shred all my credit cards so I couldn't eat in a restaurant ,
I empty my fridge so I couldn't eat much at home ( I put some fruits in my fridge though so I can only eat fruits when I'm at home)
but ! recently I being carrying my debt card and this is bad ! If i have money I always eat outside! so the only solution for me is to just shred my debt card or lock my debt card away so I have no access to it and I'll be okay.
I don't know if any of you are like me and you have 0 self control and self discipline to the point that you just can't control yourself :( let me know in the comments below ~
I know I write long ass journals , but I just have a lot to say everyday ~
My treadmill just arrived this morning so when I get back home today I'll have to put it together and start doing treadmill , another thing I been trying to do is to just stand after I eat , I don't stand while I eat , I just do it after I eat because when I stand while I eat I feel really weird idk why ~and I think this way my tummy accumulates less fat? (correct me if i'm wrong )

plan for tomorrow 1
1. lock my card , put it at home , only carry my starbucks card when I go out .
2. Bring a lunch box to starbucks , put whatever is in the fridge ( fruits) in my lunch box and just eat that
3. Whatever I do when i'm at home , do it while walking on the treadmill !
4. force myself to sleep around 11:30pm
162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hiya. I am concerned for you Beth ( I know your name probably isnt that but its what I call you hehe) You are losing weight fast! Which is awesome and this shows you that you are not as uncontrollable as you think you are. However my concern is that you are suffering, and there is only so much suffering a person can take before their resolve and their health falls apart. You have pointed out the main issue. You dont eat healthy. Concentrate on that issue as its the key to your long term success. There are plenty of books, documentaries and information on the web on healthy lifestyles. Find one that appeals to you food wise. Immerse yourself, understand the real harm junk and processed food do to our bodies, look more to replacement than restriction. There are several diets that obviously work out there. Chose one. Please, dont end up scared of food, miserable and losing your hair/health. Learn to feed your body good nutrients so your body requirements are met and you are not craving food so much. I fear you are making the mistake of calorie restriction as your only tool to diet. I dont feel thats right for you and can lead to eating disorders. You are also going to find yourself more hungry when you start on that treadmill. So definitely, get your eating habits healthy as the main priority before the exercise. Learn to cook, it is rare one can eat out and be healthy. Heck you only need to know 5-7 recipes to get you through the week, its not as daunting as it sounds hehe. Dont be scared of having your cupboards full of good healthy whole foods. If you have to make everything from scratch then its not like you can just open the fridge and gorge.. and if you do then its obviously something like fruit and vegetables.. which wont make you fat and is a wonderful choice. Its not like you are going to be chomping down raw potato/meat/bags of flour in a sudden weak moment. Just know though that there is something to food mixing. If you are one who cannot control the amount they eat, then be careful about mixing fat and carbs, and adding too much salt. There is a reason why you get the two different diet camps , High Fat/Low Carbs or Low Fat/High Carbs. Remember any food you buy pre-made is designed to make you want to buy more of it. Its good business practices, just not good for you. So yeah, pick a lifestyle choice that will suit you, study up on it and learn a few healthy recipes that you like. Overall, try to stay clear or limit the amount of processed sugars, vegetable oils, flour.

oh and I find the best use of this website other than support from wonderful people, is to LOG EVERYTHING YOU EAT. Log it all, the good, the bad, the boring, the "it didnt count". LOG IT ALL. Be completely honest. You will benefit immensely from seeing the overall big picture. You will be able to tell what is working for you and what is not. It will also show you if you are reaching your nutrition requirements which is so so so important. It also helps other people who have more idea than I do to know how to advise you best.

@sammysylvain, thank you sammy ~I will start doing that from tomorrow , log everything I eat :D Today is just like the worst cheat day ever, I had fatty bbq combo and I just bought a small bottle of organic apple juice.all that salt and sugar really makes me happy. You see I'm trying to get back to a healthy eating style now , by not eating outside is the start of my challenge that is why I need to put my debit card at home and just prepare lunch box at home and bring it with me when I study in the coffee shop. I bought groceries from sprouts and they are in my fridge now so I'll be okay ~ don't worry I'll be healthy and strong ! ^^ Big thank you to you for commenting and mentioning and giving me really helpful advise ! <3( heart)
