ugh.. yesterday was a shorter work day, only 8 and a half hours.. but I was so busy I didn't get to lunch.. so 9 1/2 hours really.. i did "snack" at work.. I had some almonds and pork rinds.. but I just didn't get up and get enough water.. I only drank my 32oz cup once while there at work and didn't drink much water at home either.. I call yesterday a fail day even though I didn't stray.. I found myself craving sweets really hardcore.. but didn't go there.. just stayed away and went to bed.. SO I am saying, today is a new day and I will do better.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
