My daughter and I just split a whole Flank Steak. And boy was it good. I only had crustless quiche for breakfast and a salad with half a chicken breast for lunch so it should be okay. Keep your fingers crossed. : ) Have a good night everyone.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
