Today is one of those stress filled days where all I want to do is eat. So far I have been doing good and I will continue to drink my water and move and I tell myself 2 hours and you are out of here and you can relax and not have to deal with anything. I am gonna stop at store on my way home and get some carrots and celery for here at work so if I get tempted I can go for them instead of the sweets laying around here.
