I guess a pound or so is just water weight but I definetely gained a bit. My boyfriend and binge eating timed their visits and I ended up overeating really really bad. To top it all up I got sick on Thursday and am still coughing and all snotty :( Guess I won't be able to work out for another two or three days at least ....
