I was bad this weekend, I went to a superbowl party and cheated. I had chinese food and a slice of cake, so for being bad i only lost .08 ounces this week. Also, this week that passed I was unable to do much exercise because I was not feeling well and the weather was not that great. I am not going to cheat next time i will take food with me and I will do more exercise so I can have weight loss for next week. Lisa if you are reading this then I am sure you will give me reward points for being bad.
