1483 kcal Fat: 51.18g | Prot: 52.71g | Carb: 209.02g.   Breakfast: Zero Lemon Lime, Cooked Egg White, VitaCraves Gummies, Coke Zero, Nutri-Grain Blueberry Waffles. Lunch: emeril's mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, walnuts halves and pieces, crumbled goat cheese, pear, baby spinach. Dinner: Silken Extra Firm Tofu, Thai Tom Yum Soup. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Baby Carrots, Garlic Lovers Hommus, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, 365 plain non fat yogurt. more...
