My goal was for 2 lbs- I lost 3 so i'll take that. I'm calculating if I lose 5 lbs a month minimum by the time June comes I'll be down 30 lbs which is a realistic thing. I can make goal by next yr this time if I continue on an upswing. 2012 has got to be the year I finally shed these lbs and MAINTAIN keeping it off !
