Did legs at the gym. Some gains but had pain in my right quads. Leaving my weight at 285. I scaled at 281 this morning but know that isn't right. I'm going to replace my scale, I had it since 1998 and it's been acting up.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
