FINALLY HEADING BACK DOWN. THAT'S A GOOD THING. I LOVE THE HOLIDAYS BEING WITH MY FAMILY BUT HATE THE EXTRA CALORIES FROM ALL THE GOOD FOOD.
177.6 lb Lost so far: 111.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
