I sometimes go through this site and I feel like I should be writing things but I really don't have much to write about. I'm focused on losing my weight and trying to get back in shape (which I have been trying to do for a few years now -lol - hmm - maybe I need to focus a little better) Anyways, I am here, I am determined to do it and if at anytime anyone wants to write or make comments to me, feel free, even if you do not see any comments from me. Thank you, for all of you who are buddies and current supporters.

Thank you, Liz. Wow, you are really cut. I wish I would have kept up with myself when I got out of the army instead of getting lazy. Don't ever get lazy. One day, leads to another, and the next thing you know it has been months. A friend of mine that I used to work out with summed it up very well trying to get me back to the gym - he said - "7 days without a workout makes one weak"

Hi skydiverjim Wow you were in the army .. That must have had intense training . Yes try to stay lean as much as possible but yes you need to work out and push cause 2 days of no training makes a big difference in a short period in time . And you need to control your intake which is far more harder . But i have a circle of friends that help me so i try to stay safe with them as much as possible . But you have my support all the way , everyday is a new day to start over remember that. :)
