Not surprised at all with gain, have not been eating well. Although I know low carb can work for me when I stick to it, I've been toying with the idea to switch to low cal/low fat to see if it's easier for me and if I can lose weight that way. I just feel like when I'm on the low cal/low fat it's just too easy to overeat?
