I did not expect the loss due to my son's birthday on Saturday. But maybe fasting offset the whole cake eating. After lunch on Thursday at work I did a 36 hour fast and only had supper on Friday night at Spur. I ordered meat with no basting and their hot veggies and only ordered water. Then on Saturday I fasted the whole day until late afternoon where I had lots of braai meat and 2 slices of cake. I fasted the whole day on Sunday until supper where i had veggies and chicken and a slice of cake.
So this fasting thing really works. I fasted by default because I was so busy all 3 days but I'm not complaining.
I am 700grams away to hitting the 40kg loss mark. I hope to hit it by next weekend when I leave for UK for the holidays.
