This was a Thanksgiving bounce. There was cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce and apple pie. I may have had seconds.

On the bright side, I can overcome a single holiday pound weight gain. :)
172.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
