1190 kcal Fat: 27.42g | Prot: 76.02g | Carb: 172.74g.   Breakfast: Ground Flax Seed, Quinoa Flakes, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: chicken breast meat, food for life sprouted bread. Dinner: Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), trader joes just chicken, brown rice frozen. Snacks/Other:  natural peanut butter, Bananas, raisins, raw almonds. more...
