In my first week back on a "diet," but I am just trying to turn it into a lifestyle, which is why I am following my own plan. I think that what works best for me is writing EVERYTHING down and holding myself accountable, even if I am not proud of something that I ate. When I do a calorie tally, I find that a small piece of Halloween candy isn't going to kill me, it's that extra snack sandwich at McDonalds that will. But I feel good, and I am going to keep going and try to exercise a bit more this week.
