Did my back/biceps/delts routine and my chest/triceps/traps and neck routine plus forearms back to back yesterday. I was expecting the second routine to be compromised due to pre exhaustion from the first. But that wasn't the case. I'm just a lot sorer this morning. As far as the weight gain goes holiday snacking plus I forgot to scale when I got up this morning and ate before I did.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
