this was unexpected. ofcourse yuo cannot expect your body to give immediate feedback on your efforts... it was a good day yesterday in all aspects. last night i dreamed of my cat who died in 2000 after living for 20 years. it was a good dream, where i got to experience the love again and i got to hug and cuddle her all night.
