It works, I bumped up and ate all my points that I am allowed and lost 2.5 lbs this past week. Which is amazing since I ate out twice, but chose wisely. I am so excited to be in the 150s once again and I am 3.5 lbs away from my 2nd goal. Today my youngest was dedicate to the Lord, than the whole family went out to Furrs buffet. Again, I chose wisely and stayed under my budget points. Fish, beans, salad and potatoe with a sugar free cherry pie. Not bad and all small portions. Well, here to blessed day. Love to all.
