It works, I bumped up and ate all my points that I am allowed and lost 2.5 lbs this past week. Which is amazing since I ate out twice, but chose wisely. I am so excited to be in the 150s once again and I am 3.5 lbs away from my 2nd goal. Today my youngest was dedicate to the Lord, than the whole family went out to Furrs buffet. Again, I chose wisely and stayed under my budget points. Fish, beans, salad and potatoe with a sugar free cherry pie. Not bad and all small portions. Well, here to blessed day. Love to all.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woohoo... dancing around with you! That's fantastic, but as you say, just shows that eating all the points we're meant to does work. Lesson learned though, as I keep eating under mine some days... although the under-eating I've done this week made up for the over-eating the week before!! Here's to another great week to us all... keep up the great work! ;o)
