Lots of anxiousness and it shows on the scale. Well, Christmas and New Year are over. Need to find a better way to deal with the fear and panic. I'm at the gym now and I'm here to work.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
