I am happy that I have lost SOME weight this week, but I need to really step it up this week. I have one month until my 21st birthday and I want to lose AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE this month. I already wasted one week fucking around, so now its time to get my ass in gear. I am going to figure out a work out routine and stick to it! Going to take my dog on nightly walks also!
165.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
