Back on my way down....feels good to plan my weekly menu again. I gave away all of the holiday food (as well as the Belgian chocolates I received for a gift) to my kids so my house is 'safe' again. For me, this is essential. Will fill the refrig with good veggies, make a pot of soup, and bake a cauliflower casserole. These are the tools that I need for success! I received three workout outfits for Christmas, so I will put them to good use over the next weeks and months. My husband will be traveling over the next eight weeks; a perfect opportunity for me to get off the last 9 pounds to my goal. I'm pretty sure I will go lower as I certainly have more than 9 pounds of excess body fat right now, but I'll leave my goal as is until I reach it.
