well i have not been a good girl, but i guess its not hurting me too bad. i think i should start keeping a journal, b/c it seems like i am eating so badly...and yet when i weigh in, its never that bad. i will allow myself snacks/treats, but for the most part i am trying to eat really well. lots of veggies/salads/meats...less starchy carbs still. so far so good. i went up a little, but its ok, i feel alright with it :) hope all are doing good!!!
