The last few weeks have been hard with Illness and lots of outings to restaurants with friends I'm not surprised this week was a bit of a gain but still feeling really positive about it all and by no means giving up, this weeks video on my YouTube channel also helped me realize some of the excuses I have been making, if you want to see the 10 most used excuses not to loose weight follow the link bellow.
