Measurements that I want to reduce:

Belly (measured at belly button) 44"
Right upper thigh 25"

Lose not just "weight", but preserve / build muscle and lose the fat.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
