A lot of disruptions have kept me out of the gym yesterday. My abs are tightening but leg lifts are getting harder for me for some reason. Also I developed soreness/weakness in my right rotator cuff. I'm making gains in all the other exercises.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 17.5 lb a week
