Did really well last week. I only wish every week I would lose this much but, I know that is unrealistic. I know the first week is always the biggest week and considering I probably gained 10-15 of these pounds over Christmas they should be the easiest to take off. But, I will keep on going hopefully I can reach my goal within the year.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
