mitch and i ended last night :( :( im absolutely gutted. its 3:15pm and im still in bed, crying and feeling sorry for myself :( ate subway and a boost bar last night cause i was so sad and am a piece of shit with no self control. fml
204.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
