First week and first time that i have gone this long on a diet and stayed with it-no excuses, no rationalizations! Yay. and it's been good i've been eating what i like and i get hungry but not starving. yay
178.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
