changed scales, oh well... :( but I did just try the hungry girl shirataki alfredo, not a bad breakfast for 2 points. The noodles are crunchier than I expected, but waaaay tastier than a bowl of *bleah* oatmeal.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
