Oops I gained weight. This was yet again a weight gain caused by a turkey burger and fries.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1510 kcal Fat: 53.41g | Prot: 74.37g | Carb: 149.82g.   Breakfast: Hummus, Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Applesauce Unsweetened. Lunch: Iced Coffee, Salmon, Birds Eye Pepper Strips, White Rice. Dinner: Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Kroger Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: Popcornopolis Zebra Chocolate Popcorn, Starbucks Caffe Americano (Grande), Croissant. more...
