Ahh! I blame Tuesday nights festivities! 2 Sausage cobs, 3 glasses of beautiful red wine and a few Belgian truffles, curse you all for being delicious... it's hard to tell the chaps from work I'm trying to watch my weight when those things are on the table! :D

Ignoring that though, I've done a good job of not snacking and cycling to work when I can. Hopefully tomorrow's weigh in will show something a little more pleasing.
