I wasn't ready to lose weight, too much stress. I'll try my hardest starting tomorrow. MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATION NEEDED.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
