Yes!!!! 172 lbs !
I started from 180 lbs and It's been half a month I lost around 10 lbs !
I did not eat dinner yesterday and I'm proud of myself for be able to control my appetite ! :D

Today is the first day of 3 days apple diet, but first I need to go do some grocery shopping ( buy some apples..haha)
The only problem right now is I been having sleep problems..because I eat less than 1000 calories a day and hunger makes me unable to sleep at night~ I sleep around 5am to 9am everyday and that is not enough sleep for an adult ...
I'm thinking of taking some melatonin and hopefully that helps with my sleeping problem :(

My goal today will be
1. stick to my apple diet plan
2. sleep around 12am (even I don't feel sleepy at all ) <3

172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Drink some Linden tea, it will help you relax and and the water will fill you up. Try it.
