This week was all about recovery and getting back on track. I got into the zooooone! It helped a lot to start recording what I ate again. Between healthy shopping and Zumba with my Aunt, I think I've lost most of my holiday weight.
I've also destressed about the number on the scale this week, and didn't weigh in every day like usual. I guess since I was doing what I thought I was supposed to, so I didn't need to check the scale frantically every day. It was nice.
This week is re-adjusting to college again, because the semester begins this week. So, I'd like to successfully get through this week only eating at my 1500 +/- 100 calorie budget while not checking my weight until next Saturday. No weight goal, no fitness goal this time.
My short-term goal was 140 by Jan, 21st, but at this point doing so in 2 weeks would be unhealthy, so I want to try and hit it without a date deadline.
