Good morning everyone. It's going to be an awesome day! I have an appointment at 2 then after will work outside for a while. I'm up slightly, but, I'm thinking it'my clothing since I forgot to weigh myself until I started to journal this morning.

I've found that by eating more protein and upping my calorie intake that I might have jump started my system again. I was doing 1,000 calories a day or less and was really tired feeling, etc. Hopefully I'm back on track.

Everyone have a great day...drink plenty of water and VOTE.
267.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 117.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
